If you’re desperately seeking a vintage lunchbox or an old Beach Boys album, you’ll soon have another option. Fleur de Flea will officially open its new, permanent location near Paristown Pointe this Saturday, Feb. 1.

Long the home of Swan Street Antique Mall, the building at 947 E. Breckinridge St. is a former industrial warehouse built in 1939. Fleur de Flea will occupy 25,000 square feet of the building’s total 48,000 square feet of space. The mall will have more then 125 vendors selling a wide variety of vintage items: vintage clothes, antiques, mid-century items, industrial items, books, collectibles, repurposed items and more.

During the grand opening, which begins at 10 a.m., shoppers also will be able to buy cocktails and sample food from area restaurants. Regular hours after grand opening weekend will be 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Thursday through Sunday.

The Paristown Pointe development group acquired the building in 2015 as it ramped up plans for the Paristown Pointe project. The move was announced last summer, and pop-up markets were held in December.

The anchor of the development is Old Forester’s Paristown Hall, which opened in July. Other features include The Cafe, a pie and ice cream shop, a renovated Louisville Stoneware and plans for a food hall.
